Welcome to Swagyu! Direct from our farm to your dinner table, we are a member-based club committed to supporting local production and consumption of 100% Japanese Black Wagyu and Akaushi (Japanese Brown/Red). Family owned and located in East Texas, we want to share with you our sustainable and ethical approach to raising and harvesting cattle.

Our Japanese Wagyu cattle are hand-fed daily, massaged regularly, and raised in a low-stress, open environment. We take pride in raising quality Wagyu without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Using 100% Japanese foundation genetics, our Wagyu cattle are nurtured and raised in East Texas. Every harvested animal is a work of art that takes 3-4 years to produce. We are committed to providing a high standard of care for our cattle and believe their well-being correlates with the quality of beef harvested.  

Here at Swagyu we support minimizing environmental impact while promoting economic growth for local farmers and businesses.  We pride ourselves in delivering the finest Wagyu with exceptional Beef Marble Scores (BMS).  We have some of the top marbling genetics in the world and foundation Japanese wagyu genetics, brought to the US in the 1970's.
