Shipping & Return Policies

We promise to provide you with 100% full-blood Japanese Wagyu beef. We’re sure you’ll love our beef. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order:

We promise you'll receive your beef in the best possible condition, either frozen or partially frozen. You will receive a variety of different cuts in our box, each box will vary, however the weight will be the weight indicated on our site or larger.

We work to deliver on the delivery date promised, however we are at the mercy of transit delays beyond our control. Your order will arrive +/- 1 day from the expected date. We package your order with ample insulation and cooling elements for safe transport if an additional day is required.

Please do not refuse delayed packages. We ask you to accept the package and notify us if there are any issues. 

To maintain the highest quality, our fresh beef products are individually sealed in air-tight packaging, perfectly aged and flash frozen prior to shipment. To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, orders of frozen beef are shipped using an insulated foam cooler with plenty of cold packs. 

Want to make adjustments or cancel your order? No problem as long as we receive changes 2 business days before the scheduled ship date.

Cancellations – Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.
Address changes – After shipment we are unable to make changes to the shipping address, please make sure to check your address and alert us to any changes prior to shipping.

We ship all frozen beef orders via UPS Next Day Air.

We ship all snack orders via UPS Ground.

We can only ship within the continental United States. At this time, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the United States.

We ship Bimonthly on Tuesdays, please check the details on our product pages for upcoming ship dates.

A street address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Please double-check addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line provided to ensure an on-time delivery.

Weather Delays
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

We are unable to accept returns, all sales are final. However if you do have any issues with your order please let us know within 30 days and we'll make it right.
