Our Wagyu beef is tender, highly marbled, and tastes impeccable. Compared to other breeds of cattle, Wagyu beef is a healthier choice due to a higher ratio of monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) as compared to saturated fatty acid. MUFAs are a heart-healthy dietary fat because they can lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol while increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol. Clinical trials have indicated that highly marbled beef does not increase LDL-cholesterol.

On The Farm

Our Japanese Wagyu cattle are hand-fed daily, massaged regularly, and raised in a low-stress, open environment. We take pride in raising quality Wagyu without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Using 100% Japanese foundation genetics, our Wagyu cattle are nurtured and raised in East Texas. Every harvested animal is a work of art that takes 4 years to produce. We are committed to providing a high standard of care for our cattle and believe their wellbeing correlates with the quality of beef harvested.
