Secure your Half share from our next harvest! Enjoy a Half side (approximately 250 lbs + or -) of 100% Japanese Wagyu sourced entirely from one steer. Hormone free, antibiotic free. Custom butchered to your liking, we will guide you through the harvest process.

Each of our Wagyu are massaged regularly and live a stress-free life in one of our farms in East Texas. Grass & Grain fed since birth. With purchase, you will receive a certificate of authentication and nose print.  

Custom processing included (additional fees may apply).

To be processed upon harvest, and shipped when ready (up to 6-8 weeks).
