Enjoy the Ivory of our Wagyu! Every Ivory box contains approximately 10 lbs of the most prized cuts of our highly marbled Texas-raised 100% full-blood Japanese Wagyu beef (BMS score 9-12).  Each box will include the following cuts:

All beef is shipped frozen. Some thawing is normal during shipment.
